Biography

Priyatham Kumar was born in Tirupathi, the famous temple town in South India, amidst a modest family background. His determination and willpower have led to him to climb the ranks from a chaiwala to a CEO!. Priyatham Kumar has both an Engineering degree and an MBA but had chosen Sales as his career path. Though there were several hardships along the way, he overcame the hurdles, and the ever dynamic field has taught him the basics of life and trade. Having worked at 7 companies over a span of 20 years, his Dedication, Vision, and Resolve helped him grow from a Salesman to a Vice President!

In 2017, he donned the garb of an entrepreneur and founded Homes247.in. He believed that only technology could help organize the Indian Real Estate sector and make it a force to reckon with in the world. By incorporating the tenets of Proptech, Data Analytics, and AI into his vision, he has been credited with many unique innovations within the realm of real estate sector in India, especially Bangalore, one of the biggest realty markets of the country. Priyatham Kumar is also seen as a mentor figure to Bangalore's countless real estate, marketing and, sales agents. He has taken multiple webinars enlightening his audience on the matrix of sales and business. He is also known for his various philanthropic pursuits.
